Shwekyin Creek Bridge completed by 43 per cent

The Shwekyin Creek Bridge on Taungoo-kyaukgyi-Sittaung-Moupalin road in Bago Region has been completed by 43 per cent.

 

The 1,680 feet long, 30 feet wide bridge which crosses the Shwekyin Creek is being constructed by Construction Team-3 and Special Bridge Construction-9 starting from 1 April 2017. It is estimated to cost K 7,000 million and complete at the end of September 2020.

 

Bago Region Chief Minister U Win Thein and officials inspected the Shwekyin Creek Bridge construction yesterday. A responsible person of Bridge Department clarified the salient points of the bridge in details to the chief minister who attended to the needs of the construction.
