THE 2024 ASEAN Futsal Championship concluded its final group stage matches on 6 November in Thailand, where Myanmar's team faced a tough defeat, resulting in their exit from the tournament.

In the final round of group matches, Indonesia defeated Myanmar 5-1, while Australia triumphed over Cambodia 9-2, Malaysia won 2-0 against Timor-Leste, and Vietnam secured a 3-2 victory over Thailand. Myanmar scored just one goal in the first half, but conceded four more in the second half. Ko Ko Lwin scored Myanmar'’s sole goal in the second half. Despite accumulating the same number of points as Australia, Myanmar finished in third place due to the goal difference. After the group stage, Group A saw Vietnam finishing in first place with 12 points, and the defending champions, Thailand, secured second place with nine points. In Group B, Indonesia topped the group with nine points, while Australia finished second with 4 points, both teams advancing to the semifinals.
