UNION Chief Justice U Tha Htay delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the Dep­uty Township Judges On-Job Training Course 34, which was held yesterday at the Judicial College of the Supreme Court of the Union.

The ceremony was attend­ed by the Chief Justice of the Union together with the judges of the Supreme Court of the Un­ion, and the permanent secre­tary, directors-general, deputy permanent secretary, deputy directors-general, directors, and a total of 51 trainees, including 26 male and 25 female trainees. The training period will be 13 weeks, from 5 January 2026 to 3 April 2026. — MNA
