The Township Agricultural Development Bank has allocated K 2700 million of agricultural loans for farmers in 52 village tracts in Kamma Township of Magway Region in 2024-2025 FY.
Farmers from 52 village tracts in Kamma Township are being disbursed agricultural loans at a rate of K 150,000 per acre of monsoon paddy and K 100,000 per acre of other crops. The Township Agricultural Development Bank dispensed agricultural loans to 120 farmers from Kywetalin village tract in the Township for 408 acres of paddy at 9:00 am on September 25.
As of now, over K 2005.5 million of monsoon agricultural loans have been disbursed to 4655 farmers from 42 village tracts in the Township for 12359 acres of monsoon paddy, 1136 acres of sesame plantation and 380 acres of green gram, according to the Township Agricultural Development Bank.—Kyaw Zay Ya Win (Kamma)
