The Myanma Agricultural Development Bank in Mudon Township disbursed loans for rain-fed paddy cultivation to farmers in Theinkon Village, Mudon Township, Mon State, on 15 July.
At the loan distribution event, U Yin Htay, Manager of the Mudon Township branch of the Myanma Agricultural Development Bank, briefed attendees on the rules and regulations related to monsoon paddy loans. Following the briefing, a total of Ks 163.050 million was disbursed to 133 farmers, covering 1,087 acres of farmland in Theinkon Village.
This year, the Mudon Township branch plans to distribute a total of Ks 3,169.2 million to 2,761 farmers across 42 wards and villages within the township.— Yamanyya (IPRD)
