Essential food items were sold at reduced prices this morning on Road 7 in Ward 3, Kyaiklat Township, Pyapon District, Ayeyarwady Region, as part of an effort to ease the cost of living for local residents.

The sale was organized under the supervision of the Township Commodity Price Stabilization Committee. Items were offered at discounted rates, including K 300 per egg, palm oil at K 7,200 per viss, and pork at K 24,800 per viss.

U Min Aung, Chairman of the Township Management and Administration Committee, attended the event along with officials from the Township Development Committee, Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department, Department of Consumer Affairs, and members of the market committee.
