A blood donation event organized by the Jivitadana Blood Donors Association took place yesterday morning at Kyaukse General Hospital in Kyaukse District, Mandalay Region.

U Myo Myint Aung, Chairman of the Jivitadana Blood Donors Association, and Dr. Zin Zin Than Wai, Head of Kyaukse General Hospital, supported the donors by helping with blood pressure checks, blood type testing, and weight measurement.

A total of 27 units of blood were collected, including nine units of type A, nine units of type B, eight units of type O, and one unit of type AB. To show appreciation for their contributions, donors were provided with nutritious soft drinks and eggs.— Thet Maung (Kyaukse)
