A ceremony to provide cash aids to Facility Quarantine Camps in Bago Region was held at Taw Win Han Tha Hall of Bago Region Government’s Office yesterday.
First, Bago Region Chief Minister U Win Thein clarified the procedures being undertaken by each committee and urged the local people to follow the instruction guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
Then, the Regional Chief Minister provided K 10 million to each facility quarantine camp opened in each township in the region. The Regional Chief Minister attended to the needs of the camps requested by each committee.
A total of 226 Facility Quarantine camps in Bago District, 165 camps in Taungoo District, 146 camps in Pyay District and 122 camps in Tharawady District were being opened in Bago Region.
