Thingankyun, 29 October

In commemoration of the 37th Anniversary of the founding of the General Administration Department, which falls on 7 November, staff members from the General Administration Department in Thingankyun District including those from Thingankyun, Tamwe, South Okkalapa, and Yankin Townships collectively donated blood to the blood bank of Yankin Children’s Hospital on 28 October.

During the event, U Zaw Moe Htike, Administrator of the Thingankyun District General Administration Department, U Hla Myo, Administrator of the Thingankyun Township General Administration Department, and the Chairperson of the Thingankyun Women’s Affairs Federation presented chicken eggs, energy drinks, and cash contributions to the blood donors as a gesture of appreciation.

The event was attended by Thingankyun District Administrator U Zaw Moe Htike, Thingankyun Township Administrator U Hla Myo, the Chairperson of the Thingankyun Women’s Affairs Federation, and staff from the respective General Administration Departments.— Zaw Moe (Thingankyun)
