Pyu, 24 September

To commemorate the upcoming 61st Myanmar Police Force Day on October 1, officers from the Pyu Township Highway Police Station participated in a collective blood donation event on the morning of September 24 in Pyu Township, Bago Region.

The donation took place at 9:00 a.m. at the Blood Bank of the 100-bed Public Hospital in Pyu. A total of 15 police personnel, led by Deputy Police Chief Kyaw Soe, took part in the initiative. Prior to donation, the participants underwent health checks conducted by Hospital Superintendent Dr. Aung Kyaw Moe and a team of doctors and nurses.

Blood donors were provided with eggs, nutritional supplements, and necessary medications as a gesture of appreciation.— Nay Myo Lwin (IPRD)
