Officials from Yedashe Township Department of Rural Development made a field trip to inspect the developmental works in Yedashe Township, Taungoo District, Bago District on 29 July.
The officials inspected the construction of the concrete road measuring 493 ft in length, 12 ft in width and six inches in volume. Then, they met with community leaders in the village and members of village development committee, urging to meet the set standard within the deadline.
The road is being undertaken with K 15 million of funds of VDP during 2025-2026 FY and K 9 million of public contributions under the close supervision of officials from the department starting from third week of July. Now, it has been completed by 50 percent and upon completion, it will bring socioeconomic development to 380 local residents from 95 households, according to the department.
