ACTING President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Chairman of the State Security and Peace Com­mission of the Republic of the Un­ion of Myanmar, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, attended the dinner in honour of the 61st Anni­versary of Myanmar Police Force Day at Hotel Mingalathiri in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday evening.

 

Acting President and SSPC Chairman of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and his wife, Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, were welcomed by officials at the din­ner reception.

 

The Acting President and SSPC Chairman of the Repub­lic of the Union of Myanmar and his wife had dinner together with attendees.

 

Before and during the dinner, the MPF members from the MPF Band and entertainment troupes, artistes from the Fine Arts De­partment under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture and those from the Myawady Enter­tainment Troupe under the Di­rectorate of Public Relations and Psychological Warfare presented songs.

 

After the dinner, the Acting President and SSPC Chairman of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and his wife present­ed the flower basket and cash awards to members of the MPF band and entertainment troupes and artistes.

 

Also present at the dinner reception were Commission member Prime Minister U Nyo Saw and his wife, Commission Secretary and Joint Executive Chief General Ye Win Oo and his wife, commission members and their wives, Union ministers, Union-level dignitaries and their wives, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, senior Tatmadaw of­ficers from the Office of the Com­mander-in-Chief and their wives, deputy ministers, departmental heads, the Chief of MPF and members, retired senior police officers, artistes and officials. — MNA/TTA
