THE graduation ceremony for the early childhood care and development (basic) training course for children aged three to five years was organized at No 1 Preschool in Hpa-an township yesterday.

 

Kayin State Chief Minister U Saw Myint Oo remarked at the event and presented K3.2 million for the trainees and a prize to the first prize winner.

 

The relevant officials also presented awards to the sec­ond and third prize winners, and the State Social Affairs Minister gave certificates to the trainees.

 

The chief minister and party observed the teaching aids and gave K300,000 for the general expenses of the No 2 preschool.

 

The chief minister also at­tended the meeting with the Kayin State government and township-level departmental staff at Zwekabin Hall of Hpa-an, and he urged the relevant responsible persons to carry out the duties as a national task to ensure that every citizen can cast their vote properly.
