Free healthcare services were provided to elderly citizens and pensioners aged 85 and above at the People’s Hospital in Kamma Township, Magway Region, at 11:00 a.m. today.

The services included weight checks, blood pressure and temperature measurements, diabetes testing, and other basic health examinations. Necessary medical treatments were also provided free of charge by Dr. Thet Oo Han, Head of the Township Hospital, and the hospital’s medical staff.

According to the Department of Township Public Health and Medical Services, these free medical check-ups and treatments are conducted every Wednesday in the township.— Kyaw Zeya Win (Kamma)
