For those who want to enjoy the peaceful beauty of nature, Hlawga Park is located near the centre of Yangon and is filled with scenic, lush green sites during the rainy season. The park has developed three activities: Trekking Activity, which allows nature lovers to enjoy the closest experience to the beautiful landscapes, Biking Activity, which is a group activity that young people can enjoy, and SUP Activity, where people can ride a paddle boat and play on the vast open water of the lake.
The park also offers a bird watching programme for bird lovers, and there are already regular bird watchers, according to the park’s Activity Manager.
