            With the aims of upgrading socioeconomic development and narrowing gaps between rural and urban areas, an inter-village road that connects Tawtwin-Maezaltaw-Kyaroelay-Tonlon villages in Kyaukse Township, Kyaukse District, Mandalay Region will be upgraded into a gravel-paved road, according Kyaukse Township Department of Rural Development.

            The road measuring 2/3 mile in length was a dirt one and 0.3 mile in length will be upgraded into the gravel paved-road with six inches in volume and 16 ft in width at a cost of K 84.06 million of funds of Union.

Upon completion, it will not only bring socioeconomic development to 2778 people from 298 households but also make transportation and communication smoother and safer than ever.
