PRIORITIZING Good Agricul­tural Practices & Organic Food for Consumer Health and Safe­ty” seminar is scheduled to take place from 10 am to 2 pm on 14 December in Myaypadethakyun, Kandawgyi, according to the My­anmar Fruit, Flower and Vege­table Producers and Exporters Association (MFVP).

This seminar is a part of the Safe Food from Safe Farm programme jointly organized by the Agriculture Department and MFVP, held once every two weeks.

Dr Than Than Sein (organic expert) and Dr Wunna Tun (GAP expert) will share good agricultur­al practices and organic farming systems through the perspectives of both growers and consumers.

Those who like to eat organic food, growers who are interested in GAP and organic farming and observers can attend the semi­nar.
