Maha United craft winning streaks in MNL

Maha United defeated Kachin United 3-1 and maintained a series of winning results in the Week-13 of Myanmar National League-MNL match, at Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon yesterday. Maha United won two consecutive matches in the second round of MNL and pressured third-placed ISPE, who suffered a loss this week, with the same score.

While Ayeyawady United, which is in danger of relegation, was struggling and restoring their win, Kachin United went into the relegation zone, with difference in points. Both sides used core players and showed off turbo play from the start. Maha United led by one goal till 80 minute and mutual goals were seen only before the final whistle.

Maha United opened their goal at 29 minute by a score of Kaung Myat Thu. Next the team found second goal as Arkar Kyaw touched the ball into the net at 90+1 minute. Within a minute, Nyi Nyi scored a single or consolation goal for Kachin United but the third or winning goal for Maha was scored by Soe Min Naing at 90+5 minutes.
