Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Rela­tions Dr Kan Zaw received the delegation led by Mr Edward Chaker Chaiban, Deputy Exec­utive Director (Humanitarian Action and Supply Operations), UNICEF New York Headquar­ters, at the Ministry of Invest­ment and Foreign Economic Re­lations, Nay Pyi Taw, yesterday.

During the meeting, they cordially discussed matters re­lating to UNICEF’s supportive humanitarian programmes and future work plans to be carried out in Myanmar.

Senior officials from the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, as well as representatives from the UNICEF Myanmar office, were also present at the meet­ing. — MNA
