THE Myanmar Microfinance Associ­ation (MMFA) will offer a Voluntary Savings Mobilization Training (Batch 10) from 9 am to noon on 27-28 May.

 

The course is tailored to Loan Officer & Above positions in the mi­crofinance company and those who are interested in exploring a career in the microfinance sector.

 

This online training will cover Concept of savings and its impor­tance, Introduction to savings mobi­lization, Importance of the savings mobilization in MFI, Savings Land­scape and Savings products in My­anmar, Marketing, and Promotion of savings products, Legal compliance for savings products, Management of savings (calculation of Interest on savings and bookkeeping), Fi­nancial Analysis of an MFI focusing on Savings Mobilization (Efficiency, Profitability & sustainability) and Im­portance of Solvency ratio for MFIs’ Depositors, with a trainer U Thurein Htoo, Freelance Microfinance Trainer and Consultant.
