UNION Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar Ms Ma Jia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
They cordially discussed the matters on the further consolidation of the existing Pauk- Phaw relations and expansion of cooperation between Myanmar and China, continued implementation of Myanmar-China bilateral projects, the continued constructive support of China on the efforts of Myanmar to achieve lasting peace and socioeconomic development for its people, and to continue cooperation in combatting online scamming and other illegal activities in border areas.
Both sides reaffirmed their mutual support at the regional and multilateral levels. — MNA
