Kangyidaunt, 5 August

A ceremony for the distribution of 2025 Rainy Season agricultural loans and crop insurance was held at the Ayeyarthirithukha Hall in Kangyidaunt Township, Ayeyarwady Region on the morning of 4 August.

At the event, U Win Naing, Regional Manager of the Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank, explained the agricultural loans program. U Than Htut, Regional Manager of Myanma Insurance, then provided details on available insurance options and the benefits of crop insurance coverage.

After the presentations, U Win Naing, U Than Htut, and other officials disbursed the loans to eligible farmers. A representative farmer expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of all recipients.

The ceremony was attended by officials from the Myanmar Agricultural Development Bank and Myanma Insurance, departmental heads, staff members, and local farmers.— Kyaw Zin Soe (IPRD)
