UNION Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn presided over the coordination meeting on the successful holding of the 2025 Myanmar Film Academy Awards Ceremony yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, the Union minister mentioned that the awards ceremony would be held on 7 February 2026 in Nay Pyi Taw, detailing the examination processes for the selected films by the award selection subcommittee, better arrangements for the event with Forever Group Company Limited, and proper cooperation to be able to hold the event grandly and successfully.
The attendees reported on the work being alone by their respective subcommittees and ongoing work plans for the event, and the Union Minister concluded the meeting. — MNA/ KTZH
