THE Myanmar-India Friend­ship and Development Associa­tion organized the first meeting on Agriculture and Economic Development of Myanmar, In­dia, Singapore, Malaysia and Canada at Esperado Lake View Hotel in Yangon yesterday.

 

Association Chairman U Zaw Zaw Naing and the GO­PLO International Business Council General Secretary first played the video clip featuring the activities of the association.

 

Association Chairman U Zaw Zaw Naing, Deputy Minister to Myanmar Ashish Sharma, Malaysian GOPIO International Business Coun­cil Chairman S Gunasekaran, Myanmar Tourism Bank and Myanmar Tourism Association Chairman U Yan Win, the GO­PLO International Business Council General Secretary from India, Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Association Chairman U Shein Win, Busi­ness Advisor from Singapore, GOPIO Myanmar officials and other relevant officials cut the ribbon to inaugurate the event.

 

After the ceremonial pro­cedures, the attendees contin­ued the discussion.

 

The Myanmar-Indian en­trepreneurs meeting will be held for three days; the second meeting will be in May in Malay­sia, and the third meeting will be in India plus five countries trade fair from 22 to 24 August, and the fourth meeting will be in Myanmar in December. — MNA/KTZH
