THE Myanmar Embassy in the Republic of Korea said Myanmar nationals can extend their passports six months before the expiration date gets expired.

The embassy said it has found unwanted delays, such as re-verifying and imposing a fine if the passport extension starts only after the passport’s validity has expired.

It has urged Myanmar passport holders to do the passport extension six months ahead of time before the validation date expires, and also reminded of making sure complete the documents for the service.
