Myanmar showcases its presence on grand finale of 20th China-ASEAN Expo

Myanmar continues to showcase its products on the fourth and final day of the 20th China-ASEAN Expo, which commenced on 16 September in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. The display includes agricultural produce, fishery products, traditional Myanmar handicrafts, garments, foodstuffs, gems, and jewellery, available in 80 booths.

Myanmar’s booths are filled with agricultural produce, fishery products, traditional Myanmar arts and crafts, clothing, foodstuffs, gems, and jewellery, all perfectly presented for sale.

On the expo’s final day, like the previous days, the Myanmar booths draw large crowds of visitors interested in Myanmar’s products. Myanmar cultural dances are also performed at the city hall, adding to the attraction.

Chinese entrepreneurs interested in doing business with Myanmar visit the Business Matching Area at the Myanmar Commodity Gallery, where the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization holds business meetings to discuss opportunities for Myanmar-China trade and investment cooperation. Officials from the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization provide explanations and answer their questions.

In addition, investment projects from Mandalay are displayed at the city hall, showcasing Myanmar as a desirable destination. Traditional Myanmar cultural dances entertain enthusiastic visitors. — MNA/ MKKS
