The graduation ceremony for No. 27 High-Level Officials Training Course was held today at the Central Institute of Civil Service (Lower Myanmar), with attendance by Union Civil Service Commission Chairman U Soe Min Oo, Commission Member U Soe Tint, departmental officials, and trainees.

In his address, the Chairman urged the graduates to continue studying political, economic, social, and administrative processes, to uphold strong leadership values, and to deliver timely and accurate public service in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. He also emphasized the importance of political neutrality among civil servants, urging them to clearly distinguish between politics and state affairs, and to serve with integrity for the nation's development.

A total of 46 trainees — 22 men and 24 women — attended the course, which ran from 14 July to 10 September.

Yesterday, the Chairman also met with university officials, staff, and faculty to discuss matters related to administration, training, and campus security. He toured the university exhibition hall and observed classroom activities, military drills, and small arms practical training.—MNA
