THE Supreme Court of the Un­ion has been implementing the Judicial Strategic Plan (2023- 2027) with the motto “Provid­ing Justice by All”. The yearly Action Plans have been drawn and implemented in order to achieve the objectives of the Strategic Plan. The Year 4 Ac­tion Plan (2026) of the Judi­cial Strategic Plan (2023-2027) is published today in Myan­mar-English versions.

The Judicial Strategic Plan for five-year (2023-2027) has been set up to implement the Action Plans yearly as the strategic initiatives as per pri­orities to achieve the vision, mission and values of the ju­diciary with the five Strategic Action Areas; Facilitate and Expand Public Access to Court Services; Promote Public Awareness; Enhance Judicial Independence and Adminis­trative Capacity; Promote and Ensure the Professionalism, Accountability and Integrity of the Judiciary; Promote Ef­ficient Case Management and Court Specializations.

Therefore, priority 1 in­itiatives of the Action Plan have been implemented from 2023 to 2025, and incomplete actions from previous years will continue to be carried out this year. And then, the new initiatives will be targeted in the 2026 Action Plan.
