A delegation led by Mr Alexey Sambuevich Tsydenov, Head of Russia’s Buryatia Republic, arrived in Yangon yesterday afternoon. Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein, regional ministers, Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Iskander Azizov, officials from the Ministry of Border Affairs, and students from the Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree College welcomed the delegation at Yangon International Airport.
In the evening, the Yangon Region chief minister hosted a dinner in honour of the delegation at the Lotte Hotel. — MNA/ KZL
