STATE Administration Council Member Daw Dwe Bu, accom­panied by Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and officials, attended the elderly persons day ceremony and 60th anniversary of Myanmar Po­lice Force Day, and inspected the 2024 household and census enumeration processes in Myit­kyina Township yesterday.

 

The SAC member and party attended the elderly persons day ceremony held at Antaw­shin Taungtan Sasanapyu Mon­astery in Yangyiaung Ward, Myitkyina. At the event, she delivered speech and present­ed gifts and cash to the senior citizens.

 

The SAC member also joined the 60th anniversary event of Myanmar Police Force Day at the stadium in public sports area of Myitkyina.

 

The Kachin State chief min­ister made a remark, and the commander of the kachin Po­lice Force read out the message sent by Police Director-General Police Lt-Gen Win Zaw Moe. Then, the state chief minister, the deputy commander of the Northern Command, the state security and border affairs min­ister presented the outstanding police members. The Kachin State Police Major presented gifts to the State Administration Council member marking the 60th anniversary of Myanmar Police Force Day.

 

The data collection process­es of the state census supervi­sory committee chairman, the chief minister and party, district and township census committee members, supportive members, data collectors were conduct­ed with Mobile Tablets at the SAC member’s house in Sitapu (Naungya) ward.

 

At noon, the SAC member and party inspected the enu­meration of census at the tem­porary camp of Ywaynoke sal­vation compound in Mahnkhein Ward of Myitkyina.

 

They observed the living condition of families living at the camp, and provided them with cash.

 

Similarly, they inspected the enumeration of census at the Myanmar Philadelphia Pen­tecostal Church, and cordially greeted data collection mem­bers and families.

The SAC member also at­tended the cash donation cer­emony for flood-hit people at Malikha hall of the Kachin State government office, and received K220 million cash donation from seven donors. — MNA/KTZH
