Pyin Oo Lwin, 25 October

A ceremony to open two-storey school building in Thondaung Basic Education High School (Branch) in Pyin Oo Lwin Township, Mandalay Region was held this morning.

First, MP Dr. Aung Khin of Pyithu Hluttaw gave remarks and responsible people from South East Asia Oil and Gas Pipeline Project clarified the purpose of the school building. They then handed over proper documents relating to the school building to head of the school who spoke words of thanks.

Afterwards officials formally opened the new facility and looked around the school building.

At the ceremony, MPs of Hluttaw, District and Township Education Officer, Heads of the schools, teachers, students and their parents were in attendance.
