TATMADAW conducted coun­ter-terrorism operations and regained complete control of Kyaukme in Shan State (North).

 

Meanwhile, the BEHS 1 Kyaukme reopened yester­day, and students peacefully attended the school, and the school enrolment process is also ongoing.

 

A total of 836 students enrolled yesterday, and 1,042 students are currently attend­ing the school. The Ministry of Education provided the stu­dents with books, stationery and other materials.

 

The Immigration and Population Department also checked the returnees to Kyaukme with their house­hold lists and issued citizen­ship scrutiny cards. Security force members conducted mine clearance operations at depart­mental offices and public areas in Kyaukme. Medics and nurses of the Ministry of Health and Tatmadaw offered healthcare services by establishing tempo­rary hospitals at the Labamuni Chinese communal temple, and rendered healthcare services to 107 patients yesterday. — MNA/KTZH
