Ye-U 13 April
A six-wheeled truck caught fire on Monywa-Ye-U-Kalewa Road in Ye-U Township, Sagaing Region on 12 April, according to Shwebo District Fire Services Department.
The truck driven by U Kan Lin from Nantaw village to Monywa caught fire due to the overheated battery of the vehicle. Officials from Ye-U Township Fire Services Department, Tanse Township Fire Services Department, members of Township Development Committee and Police Force and local residents extinguished the fire. No casualties were reported in the incident.
