A ceremony to provide relief supplies to storm victims was held on 8 July in Aukhtone Village, Maubin Township, Ayeyawady Region.

The roofs of five houses and a Monastery were flipped over after storm swept through Aukhtone village, Maubin Township on 6 July.

Officials from the Township Disaster Management Department met with storm victims in the village and provided a total of K 359900 including construction materials and food supplies to them.—Aung Khine, Aung Myint Myat(Maubin)
