A mushroom growing course for persons with disabilities was opened at the office of the Department of Disaster Management in Pathein, the capital city of Ayeyawady Region this morning.
A ceremony to present cash assistance for farmlands affected by the floods in the fiscal year 2018-2019 was held at the meeting room of the General Administration Department in Kani Township, Sagaing Region on 30 September.
The Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement provided cash assistance to farmers affected by the natural disaster from Thangtalang Township, Chin State.
With the aim of upgrading the lives of rural people, public talk will be conducted at Congregation Hall of Phoelay village, Bogale Township, Pyapon District, Ayeyawady Region on 5 October.
