All students’ water festival was opened at the pavilion in Meikhtila University  in Meikhtila Township, Mandalay region this morning by cutting a ribbon by the Township Administrator U Chan Nyein Aung, Pro-Rector Dr. Daw Kathy Thin of the University and officials concerned.
