To step up efforts for tourism development in Myanmar, the Union Government will form three committees

The officials from Bago Region Government, Bago Region Hluttaw Speaker U Khin Maung Yin, Bago Region Hluttaw Deputy Speaker U Kyi Zin, Bago Regional MP U Lin Lin Kyaw, Kyauktaga Administrator U Thein Htike Aung, Kayin ethnic people and others attended the Kayin new year festival held in Hpa-do, Kyauktaga Township, Bago Region yesterday morning.

A ceremony to donate 25,133 baskets of paddy seed to 600 farmers took place at the monastery of Warsu village, Hpa-an Township, Kayin State yesterday morning. TZU-Chi Charity Foundation under Taiwan Philanthropic Organization donated 25,133 baskets of paddy seed to 600 farmers from 90 village-tract, Hpa-an Township, Kayin State to be cultivated in 25,133 acres of paddy fields fallen into ruing owning to flooding in rainy season.

A ceremony to present K 100 million of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw fund for 2018-2018 fiscal year took place at Kanbawza hall of Mong Nai, Langkho District, Shan State at 10 am today.

The Rural Development Department under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation is implementing development project with the use of K 1,995 million in 321 villages in Hsi Hseng Township, Pao Administrative Zone, Shan State beginning February.
