A Myanmar-Thailand Lethwei fight headlined “Myanmar-Thai Lethwei Challenge Fight” will take place at the Diamond Plaza in Mandalay at 6 p.m. on 27 March.
The Myanmar National League team Chinland FC and Head Coach U Thar Kyaw mutually agreed to terminate the contract with the club, according to a statement released by the club.
The Lethwei fight marks the Buddha Pujaniya festival of a sitting Buddha statue believed to be the largest of its kind in the world in Kyaikto Township.
A Lethwei challenge between Myanmar Lethwei fighters and Muay Thai warriors will be staged in Hpa-an, the capital city of Kayin State on 20 and 21 March under Myanmar’s Lethwei rules.
The conclusion of summer sports course organized by the Township Sports and Physical Education Department was held this morning at the indoor stadium in Loilem, Shan State.
