Under the supervision of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, foreign and domestic tourists have been visiting Myanmar through different modes of transport to enjoy beautiful sceneries and traits of local tribes in Myanmar in peak season.

With the arrangement of Kaung Hein Shwe Sin International Co, 48 Thais entered Myanmar via the Htikhi-Dawei-Maungmakan route in 14 cars of their own from 2 to 4 March and left the country for Thailand taking the same route.

The number of tourists visiting Myanmar has been on the increase in the open season owing to the emergence of new tourist destinations and sweeping reforms.
