THE Union of Myanmar Travel Association (UMTA) has planned to conduct a tourism digital marketing training course to enhance the use of digital marketing technologies for the tourism sector.
For the training project, UMTA held a coordination meeting with the Department of Hotels and Tourism of Yangon Region on 6 January, with the support of the regional government.
The meeting emphasized the enhancement of the use of digital marketing for the tourism sector and details of the training programme, said UMTA. Interested UMTA members can attend the training course at no charge, and around 80 trainees will be accepted.
