A ceremony to wrap up a vocational welding course was held at the meeting hall of the Township Department of Rural Development in Sinbaungwe Township, Aunglan District of Magway Region yesterday.

On the occasion, staff officer of the District DRD U Win Naing delivered a speech and called on the trainees to practically apply the lessons learned in the training course to use effectively in workplaces and generate more income in their families.

This was followed by the presentation of certificates of completion to the trainees by officials. Next, a trainee spoke words of thanks to relevant officials.

The 15-day course which ran from November 5 to 19 was attended by 15 trainees from villages and wards in the Township.—Maung Khaing (DRD)
