IN Bilin Township, Mon State, the Township Field Verifica­tion Supervision Committee conducted a field inspection yesterday morning to over­see ongoing work aimed at ensuring the accuracy of the township’s population register, verifying household lists on the ground, and confirming the completeness and correct­ness of the second-round voter lists. The inspection was led by Township Administrator U Sithu Aung, officials of the Ministry of Immigration and Population and the Township Election Commission.

 

At the Township General Administration Department office in Bilin, the committees examined the e-ID Server data from the Ministry of Immigra­tion and Population, specifical­ly the population register of residents aged 18 and above as of 28 December 2025. The verification process includ­ed on-site cross-checking of residents by ward and village tract and reviewing the Form 66/6 register for residents aged 18 and above. The pro­cess also involved, confirming the inclusion or exclusion of applications submitted dur­ing the first-round voter list announcement using Form 3 and Form 3-A, and reviewing objections filed using Form 4. These inspections were car­ried out to ensure that all voter lists were complete, accurate, and up to date. — Township IPRD/MKKS
