Aunglan 16 October
With the aim of distributing enough purified drinking water in rural areas, officials from Aunglan Township Department of Rural Development are implementing water treatment plant and related works in Boelae (Myitnar) village, Aunglan Township, Magway Region. On 16 October, officials made a field trip to inspect the project in the village.
The officials inspected the installation of water treatment plant capable of storing 1,000 gallons of water and related works, urging the responsible people and local community leaders to meet the set standard within the target date.
The project is being conducted at a cost of K 2.6 million of funds of State with technical aids of engineers starting from third week of September. Now, 80 percent of the project has been completed. Upon completion, it will provide purified drinking water for local residents in all seasons.
