Mohnyin 15 October

            Officials from Mohnyin Township Department of Rural Development inspected the completion of water supply system in Sinbogogne village, Mohnyin Township, Kachin State on October 15.

            During inspection, officials from the township department and responsible engineer observed the completion of the project with members of village water distribution committee. They then urged the local residents to keep sustainable maintenance.

            A tube well which is four ft in width and 300 ft in depth, a water tank capable of storing 2400 gallons of water and a water plant are conducted with K 56.563 million of state government’s capital starting from second week of June. Now, all have been completed. Once completed, a total of 291 people from 65 households in the village will get enough drinking water in all seasons.
