THE training course for making consumer products has been opened at the No 2 Police Training Centre in Wethteekan, Pyay District, on 15 September morning.
It was jointly organized by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development and the district MSME department, aiming to help local job opportunity growth.
The duration is from 15 to 26 September, and with practical tutorials, the training curriculum will teach 15 trainees how to produce MSME products, such as liquid soap, glass cleaner, softener, hand gel, body scrub, soap cream, shower gel, shampoo, and soap, enabling them to set up their own business.
The opening ceremony of the training course was attended by the principal of the police training centre, the district MSME department head, respective officials, trainers and trainees. The police training centre principal and the district MSME department head gave opening speeches and explained the objective and advantages of the training course. — Htun Htun/ZS
