THE training course for mak­ing consumer products has been opened at the No 2 Police Training Centre in Wethteekan, Pyay District, on 15 September morning.

 

It was jointly organized by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development and the district MSME depart­ment, aiming to help local job opportunity growth.

 

The duration is from 15 to 26 September, and with prac­tical tutorials, the training curriculum will teach 15 train­ees how to produce MSME products, such as liquid soap, glass cleaner, softener, hand gel, body scrub, soap cream, shower gel, shampoo, and soap, enabling them to set up their own business.

 

The opening ceremony of the training course was at­tended by the principal of the police training centre, the dis­trict MSME department head, respective officials, trainers and trainees. The police train­ing centre principal and the district MSME department head gave opening speeches and explained the objective and advantages of the training course. — Htun Htun/ZS
