MR MICHAEL JOHN DUN­FORD, Representative of the United Nations World Food Programme to Myanmar, presented his Credentials to U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, at the Min­istry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

During the presentation of credentials, they exchanged views on matters relating to the existing cooperation between the Government of the Repub­lic of the Union of Myanmar and WFP and the future pro­gramme of WFP in Myanmar.

Senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present at the meet­ing. — MNA
