TENDER Acceptance and Evaluation Committee of the Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) called for qualified developers to implement an affordable housing project in three townships (Dagon Myothit South, Dagon Seikkan and Dagon Myothit East) in the area of YCDC, with a public-private partnership.
The construction of 36 six-storey buildings (four rooms) and 20 shop houses on plots of land in Dagon Myothit (South) Township, ten six-storey buildings (four rooms) in Dagon Myothit Township (Seikkan), and 45 six-storey buildings (four rooms) and a commercial area on 2.73 acres of land in Dagon Myothit (East) Township.
The tender form will be sold between 4 and 18 December 2025. Tenders are required to be submitted to the Engineering Department in Kyauktada Township by 31 December.
