As part of efforts to control the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), government employees were given booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer) at the designated vaccination site in Yankin Township of Yangon Region on March 7.

It is known that the booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine can be given at least six months after the last COVID vaccine dose.

On the occasion, healthcare workers led by Dr. Thi Thi Lat from the Township Department of Public Health gave booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine to government employees in the Township.—Hla Hla Htway(IPRD)
