A capacity building training course for Village Tract Administrators and clerks was held at the meeting hall of the Township General Administration Department in Homalin, Hkamti District of the Sagaing Region yesterday.

First of all, the Township Administrator U Htin Kyaw clarified the purpose of the training course.

The three-day training course is being attended by 95 trainees from 14 departments in the Township.
