The 15th regular sessions of the second Mandalay Region Hluttaw held at Mandalay region Hluttaw building starting from 12 September was concluded on September 30.
The regular session which was held on September 30 with nine agendas was attended by Mandalay Region Chief Minister Dr. Zaw Myint Maung and the region ministers, Mandalay Region Hluttaw Patron U Aung Kyaw Oo, deputy patron Dr. Khin Maung Htay, members of the region Hluttaw, the region chief justice and the region auditor general.
At the meeting, responsible regional ministers answered nine asterisked questions put forward by five members of the region Hluttaw.
Then, the 2019-2020 fiscal year’s budget bill of Mandalay Region Government, proposed by Mandalay Region Government was submitted by the regional minister for planning and finance. The patron of the region Hluttaw announced the approval of the bill without amendment after seeking the consensus of the members of the Hluttaw.
